Had a flood in my house and discovered it around 10 pm at night. Phoned Total Restoration who appeared within an hour. They worked till deep in the night, cleared up the water, put all furniture on blocks, pulled off damaged trim and took wet rugs with them to be dried. These guys are fantastic!

"We had a roof problem at the worst possible time, heavy snow and right in the middle of the Holiday Season.
Total Restoration was there within 45 minutes to start taking care of the problem. They set up the dryers, suggested a way to drain the excess water and contacted a reputable roofing company to fix the problem. Nielsen Roofing is on site right now patching it up until they can replace it in the spring.
The Project Manager and the young lady that showed up for the call have been extremely professional and brought calm and sense of relief to a stressful situation. We are extremely happy with the service and would suggest they be your first call.
