Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide up to date communication and photos to management of job site status
• Maintain inventory of material used on job sites
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project.
• Updates all parties involved relative to work progress.
• Site preparation and protection
• Loads and unloads vehicles by hand or dolly or shoulder straps provided
• Wraps furniture with blankets to prevent damage.
• Pads, stacks, and secures items in position on truck/trailer to prevent damage during transport
• Packing and moving delicate items
• Assist with demolition of non-restorable material
• Set-up and installation of air movement equipment and portable dehumidification equipment.
• Work within an On Call rotation for after hours emergencies
• Ensures that the health and safety policies and procedures are followed
• Ensures project requirements are being fulfilled and deadlines are achieved.
• Facilitate prompt and quality service
• Detail orientated
• Work in a team or individually
• Able to lift heavy items
• Work 40 hours per week and overtime when required
• Cleaning up properly after a job and maintaining good housekeeping habits during the project. 
• Submit photographs for loading onto on-line filing system
• Action personal performance and appearance consistent with company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Experience in site preparation and protection
• Experience in furniture and contents packing and moving
• Experience in the restoration industry is considered beneficial
• Ability to drive a 1-5 ton truck
• Valid BC Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation
• Satisfactory driver abstract is required.
• Clean criminal record as it relates to work

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of furniture and equipment handling industry-accepted procedures
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
• Superior customer service skills
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
• Must be capable of completing physical work including frequent heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, standing, crouching, sitting, bending and repetitive movements.
• Demonstrates corporate citizenship and social responsibility

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide up to date communication and photos to management of job site status

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project.
• Updates all parties involved relative to work progress.
• Site preparation and protection
• Work at the direction of the Lead Technician & Project Managers
• Responsible for determining category of water per S-500
• Extracts water using truck mounts, portables, and sump pumps
• Assists in the determination of restorable building components
• Works collaboratively with demolition, content and hazmat crews
• Demolition of non-restorable materials
• Calculates and sets up necessary drying equipment per S-500 protocols
• Cleans and sanitizes structure
• May be required to manipulate, block, or move contents
• Monitors drying process and adjusts/removes equipment as required
• Explains procedures to occupants/clients
• Meticulous with homeowner belongings & must take great care of personal items
• Work within an On Call rotation for after hours emergencies
• Ensures that the health and safety policies and procedures are followed
• Ensures project requirements are being fulfilled and deadlines are achieved.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Certified WRT from IICRC is preferred, experience in the field will be considered valuable
• Superior customer service skills
• Valid BC Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation
• Satisfactory driver abstract is required.
• Clean criminal record as it relates to work
• Experience driving and parking a cube truck or full sized panel van is considered an asset

• Knowledge of water damage restoration industry
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cleaning and removing asbestos from ceilings, walls, beams, floors etc. while following hazardous waste guidelines.  
• Must be physically able to work in PPE including respiratory protection and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Willing to work on a rotating on call schedule that will require availability on nights and weekends
• Must be organized, efficient, posses excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, have a strong ability to multi-task, attention to detail and have a desire to learn new things.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract and a clean criminal record. 
• Identify, remove, pack, transport or dispose of hazardous materials
• Maintain up to date training for licenses, permits and regulatory information
• Clean contaminated equipment or areas for re-use
• Create containment areas prior to beginning abatement or decontamination of work
• Perform other related duties as required 

Qualifications

• Restoration and Asbestos experience
• Site preparation and protection
• Experience in the restoration industry is considered beneficial
